Program-Specific Policies
Accreditation
Fees are non-refundable once the assessment process has commenced. If an institution withdraws before the assessment begins, a 50% refund may be issued, less any administrative costs incurred.
Events & Conferences
Full refunds for cancellations 30+ days before the event. Cancellations 15–30 days before receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before the event. Registration transfers are available at no cost.
Network Membership
Annual membership fees are refundable within 14 days of payment if no membership benefits have been utilized. After this period, membership continues until the end of the membership year with no refund.
Rankings Participation
Participation fees are non-refundable after the data submission deadline. Institutions that withdraw before the deadline may receive a full refund less a 15% administrative fee.
All refund requests are processed within 14–21 business days. International transfers may take additional time depending on banking regulations.

If Green Mentors cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event. We will notify you promptly of any cancellations.

Yes, registration transfers are permitted up to 7 days before the event at no additional cost. Please contact our events team to arrange the transfer.
What happens if my institution fails accreditation?
Accreditation fees cover the assessment process, not the outcome. If your institution does not meet the required standards, you will receive detailed feedback and recommendations. A discounted reassessment may be available.
